Customer Reviews for VEVOR 1" Drive Impact Socket Set, 8 Piece Deep Socket Set Metric 27-41mm, 6 Point Cr-Mo Alloy Steel for Auto Repair, Easy-to-Read Size Markings, Rugged Construction, Includes Storage Case

This is by dear my favorite tool set I’ve bought love it. I’ll definitely recommend

High quality and durable set. Comes with everything you need! I have used this set multiple times and have had friends borrow it and they have held up good so far!

Pour le coup, rien à dire

Heavy duty impact sockets with the size printed right on them. They fit into the space between the cap and lug nut so you are able to remove the lug nut with ease.

EDIT: Some of the sockets have sharper lips that might damage the fasterners. When I emailed support about this, I got speedy responses and was refunded promptly after sending pictures. I would give their customer service a 5-star for this process. Would buy again from them. Also I have learned that some Cr-V can be impact rated (Tekton also uses Cr-v from some impact sockets. Milwaukee doesn't disclose the type anymore...). So I think I just got a few studs. If they have stock I would have tried again at this price! ------------------------------------ These are Cr-V sockets, not really for impact use (there's a 1-star review for a snapped joint). It'd be dangerous to use with an impact wrench or a breaker bar. My usage is a backup set for a chrome set, only with hand or powered rachets. So this should be fine. The sockets have thinner walls than ICON thin-wall sockets. They also weigh much less for even the Duralast (AutoZone) metric set which has fewer pieces (which are Cr-Mo). So don't use them for impact! The build quality is better than the Duralast set, maybe at Quinn level? Certainly not at ICON or Milwaukee level. The case is as bad as the Duralast one. Quite a few pieces went free rolling during shipping. But I got them at $30, so I did not expect $200 quality. Good price for a backup, cheap-in-trunk set.

Great value “!

Great buy for the price, the set gives socket options larger than 1 inch and most sets don't. Well worth the money

The sockets themselves seem to be high quality. The problem that I have is with the carrying case. one of the latches that holds the case closed fell off. It's kind of a big deal because the socket set is heavy and there will be a big mess if the case pops open.

Works as a impact sockeoshould
