Hello, I received the package today, but it looks like an important part is missing. I only received the metal attachment/top piece, and the wheeled floor jack/base shown in the listing was not included. I purchased this thinking it was the complete jack setup. Not happy at all
After fedex finally delivered it they destroyed the box and parts falling out and the driver hauled ass before I could catch him. I sent pictures of it to you and no response so if I could give you zero stars I would because it’s still sitting in the box with no reply from you.

It came damaged with one wheel broken. You said would send a new wheel.. About a week later said wheel lost in transet and gave me $45. I bought new wheels locally and put on. Then found unit would not raise. Total piece of junk. You should send me all my money back.
