Colis reçu après 3 tentatives de livraison sans aucune explication du livreur. Déception de constater à la fin du montage que les pas des raccords sont pas habituels. Ceci vous a déjà été signalé dans plusieurs avis mais vous n'en tenez pas compte. Donnez au moins le type de raccord;Apres qques heures de recherche pour trouver des raccords, j'ai fait la manip suivante(ca peut servir): coté tambour, dessertir le tuyau noir et récupérer le raccord; Mettre un tuyau d'arrosage avec un collier de serrage. Coté arrivée, couper le tuyau noir pour garder 10cm; mettre un raccord standard de tuyau d'arrosage. C'est du rafistolage mais ca marche!

Produit très bas de gamme, s'oxyde très vite et rouille. Obligé de poncer entièrement et repeindre. Des plus a taché ma terrasse.

It is a quality product, mostly robust, except for the 4-wheel fastening system which is done through clamps. But the biggest problem with this product is the system of fittings provided. The 2 water inlet and outlet threads are on American standards (GHT / NH) which makes it impossible to use it in Europe where the thread standard is (G / BSPP). The thread pitch is simply different and they do not thread all the way into each other, causing water leaks. It was necessary to order 2 adapter fittings (3/4" GHT to 3/4" G male - female and female - male) from China, thus adding another 20% to the cost of the product. Also, the product came without an installation manual in the package. I scanned the QR code to obtain an electronic version, but there is no such electronic manual at the link provided. I managed to assemble the product without a manual, but for someone with less technical skills it may be difficult.

Build quality is below average. Had 2 defective threaded inserts on the drum where the thread barely exists and cannot be screwed on. All the hose fittings are GHT type and not compatible with BSP type in Australia. You will need to source your own adapters. Bad execution on a product with great potential.

Easy to put together. Seems solid so far. Only problem is when you wind it the left over welds in one of the sides sounds like you are ringing a bell so I had to drill a hole to get them out. Also the handle doesn't seem to sit into the frame very well you need to really crank down on the bolts to get it tight.

L'enrouleur s'assemble facilement, j'ai ajouté des rondelles entre les roues et le chassis afin d'éviter le frottement du moyeu , attention au raccord du tuyau, il n'est pas au standard NF et je ne parviens pas à obtenir de renseignement sur le type de connecteur de la part de Vevor qui répond à côté de la plaque à mes multiples interrogations par courriel auprès de leur "SAV" robotisé ! C'est la seule déception , mais de taille !

This is a useful and good product with a unique design. However, after reading the description I was rather certain by looking at the pictures that this was designed for the uSA market and USA hoses. So, I wrote to customer service to confirm and was told by Marquez: " If the product is sold on the Australia website it is adapted to Australian requirements." When I received the reel it was clear that it was not adapted to the Australian market and fittings to adapt Australian hoses would need to be sourced (which cost ~ $40.00. I requested that the Australian website be updated to reflect the truth about this product. As of this writing no update has been posted. I use Hoselink and for one connection I needed: "US Thread Caravan Connector" for the female connector on the reel. The male end is more problematic and I needed a USA to Australian female to male and then aan Aystralia female to male click on to use with non-hoselink hose. In all it was a total pain trying to find the right parts, order and pay shipping charges. Vevor should do better. First know your own products better and two, offer a conversion kit when this is sold in Australia. Having said this, now that it's all working (finally!) I am quite happy with the purchase. Just be aware of the problems.

Overall concept is good. Build quality is at the lower end of the acceptable range. The reduced end of the tube sections that slot together for assembly were dimensional miss-matched resulting in very sloppy joints. This is particular noticeable on the the handle bar. If the dimensional tolerances were improved, it would be a very compelling item given the price.
