This is a good deal for the price. I paid about $85 and it is as good as some units costing $140. I did stirp one bolt putting it together. But, that was my fault not theirs. Replaced the bolt and the unit works well.

Took my wife and I 1 hour to put together. Instructions weren’t the greatest but after we got it together it seems to be a good product.

All in all, yeah buy it. But the reviews about the instructions being awful are true. So have fun with that. The bracket that holds the handle to the drum didn’t line up with any holes so had to improvise there 👨‍🏭 it holds a lot of hose, even more if you have soft hose. The gray paint is good and it isn’t very heavy. Plus… it has wheels that roll well.. so… as for how tall it is, if you’re average height you’ll have no issues. I’m over 6 foot and the handle only comes up to my mid to lower thigh just past where I can be straight up to pull while walking. That’s normal, most won’t have any issues. Vevor just needs to polish up the QC and put more effort into their instruction book. Nothing crazy.

There was an improper bend in a pipe, preventing a flawless build from the manufacture's instructions. I had to bend a crome pipe used to cary water through the carts water delivery system to the hose.

Great cart - only issue is that the thread on the metal connector on the reel where the hose gets hooked up does not allow the fitting to tighten up enough to press on the washer in the hose connector. I had to pull 3 washers from other connectors to build it up and get it to bite otherwise it leaked really badly. Apart from that - all good.

The price matches the quality, you get what you pay for. It was fairly easy to assemble, if you read the instructions carefully. The unit is very light weight. When you reel in a long hose you have to stand on it to hold it down are you can't reel it in. I bought one last year from Sam's club which was heavier and easier to use, but they no longer carry it, so I tried this one. I will keep it and use it. Tip: do not use a heavy hose. Much better than a plastic hose reel.

The hose drum was tweaked from welding heat, still functional though. Also the axle tubes were welded crooked. I was able to hammer the axles through. So it's still functional. I use it for 200 feet of 4 wire 10 gauge cord. Works great for my cord, that length is very heavy. So it met my needs. I don't know about hose and if the connections leak, but great for cords, cheap too.
