I’m very frustrated at myself and Vevor. The opening description said heavy duty 16inch drawer slide, what I got was 24” drawer glides. If I had read the description more I would have seen 24” length, but I find the description VERY misleading, and I’m very frustrated. The slides are heavy duty and work very smooth. I just need 16” slides so now I have to reorder and wait to finish my project.

Grundsätzlich sind die Auszüge sehr gut 👍 Leider sind wir mit der gesamten Abwicklung sehr unzufrieden. Wir leben in der Schweiz und ich habe mir drei Auszüge in einem bestellt. Vevor hat diese aber in drei Margen geliefert, so das ich dank dhl dreimal die Verzollung bezahlen musste was mehr als 60 Franken ausmachte. Bisher hat trotz Reklamation vevor dort nicht reagiert. Im Endeffekt wurden die Schienen am Ende teurer als wenn ich sie in der Schweiz bestellt hätte. Finde das sehr schade. Bei einem Paket wäre eine einmalige Verzollung ok gewesen. Warum dies in drei Paketen versendet wurde ist mir ein Rätsel und sieht für mich nach Geschäftsmodell aus. Schade !!! Hätte für meinen Camperausbau gerne mehr dort bestellt, werde davon aber Abstand nehmen.

The drawer system seemed great at first but after very very short use the system has issues with locking. Sometimes it locks when pulled all the way out and other times it won’t. Despite pulling hard to engage the lock. This is a huge issue since I use the drawer slides in a pick up truck - and when I park facing a bit downward the drawer will close unless I hold it open with my body which is an insane task when the drawer is loaded with 130kg. Another locking issue is that it sometimes locks halfway; but only on one side despite the two slides came from the same package. So they ought to be the same. This is very frustrating since I cannot confidently close the drawer by pushing firmly since if it locks half way I will slam the drawer into the lock. This makes using the drawer a tedious experience. These issues are there both when the drawer is loaded heavily as well as when it’s loaded lightly. And the drawer slides are correctly installed and no screws are blocking the movement or string.

This one is more gritty than i hoped and shipping was 3 days late as usual. I wonder if there is a way to clean it and add dry lubricant.

les glissières commandées sont données pour une longueur de 1321 mm mais celles-ci mesurent 1350 mm et de ce fait sont trop longues. Pour cette raison elles ne correspondent pas à mon besoin et je souhaite effectuer un retour avec remboursement. Malgré ma demande, le SAV ne donne aucune suite à celle-ci.

The slides can hold the weight and are smooth but the title and description are false. It stated locking “slides” and in the description it implies that both slides lock by stating “ Unlike slides with no lock or only one lock, our lock design provides greater security and stability”

Never buy from this company again. Received the order, one of the parts not locking to stay open as it should. Sent them a video showing the part not locking. They replied that I didn’t install it correctly so I mentioned to them again to watch the video again. It shows that the part is not working even it’s not install yet. Back and forth they continue to say that I didn’t installed it correctly. Gave up. I JUST GOT SCAMMED.
