I was worried that my contractor wouldn���t be able to set this up but he didn���t have any problems with it. We made sure we had the correct amp outlet. I bought the highest one I can find at Home Depot. just installed so haven���t tried it yet. . I don���t think there���s a timer on this you just turn it on and off but I bought it for my three teenagers for a new bathroom renovation so I can���t wait to use it. I���ll update you when we start using it regularly. But looks really nice and we put it in back of the door.

this is a good towel warmer. However only one bath sheet can fit on this model. it's made very well and very sturdy. we check the temperature, and it got up to 152 degrees. we set it for a 2-hour limit. I recommend always setting a time limit just to on the safe side.

It wasn’t easy to Install but I eventually figured it out but the out come was successful

Do what is designed to do really well

Better if you get a six or more bar rack warmer.I got a 4 bars and the towel only get warm where the bars touch the towel,meaning you only get a 50% of a warm towel.I'll return mine and get a bucket style warmer.

We were looking for a heated towel rack that will service up to 4 full size bath towels. This 12 rung version is perfect for our newly remodeled bathroom. This unit is directly wired to a dedicated circuit that is protected by a GFCI breaker. The rack heats up quickly and holds the temperature constantly for the duration of time selected on the switch. We love the idea of a 2hr or 4hr selectable run time switch. We sometimes run multiple cycles of 2hrs each. One in the morning and one at night gives our family of 4 adult children the option of bathing either in the morning or at night. We love this product alot that we bought a 4 rung version for our soon to be remodeled master bath. The only thing to note is we had to purchase a wall plate so the horizontal wall mounting tube that hides the direct wiring is covered properly. Not including the mounting plate is not a barn burner but the manufacturer should offer their own version as an companion option. My contractor recommended another wall plate brand from a well known heated towel rack manufacturer which worked perfectly. We would've given this product a 5 star rating except our switch label started to bubble after 1 week of regular use. I fear what will happen in 1 month or 6 months. I'm guessing the switch label will simply melt away.

Easy to assemble and works great!

Its a nice addition to my bathroom space. I no longer have a radiator, just an exhaust fan that also heats the small space and having a warm towel after a shower is always nice. It heats up fairly quick and was a great price in comparison to others. Love it!
