Great Unit
I replace a Myson Towel Warmer with this unit after a year of poor warranty coverage from Myson. This unit mounted in the same holes so there was not patching and painting required. It also heat much quicker and gets much warmer. I would highly suggest this unit.

Dry towels are cleaner
I use this to keep towels try and warm. I think it kills bacterial on the wet towels too.

Luxury for the bathtub
This is a heated towel rack that my husband fell in love with. I fell in love with it after using it for the first time, lol. No but seriously, It's a great upgrade for the bathroom/bathtub.

Little difficult to install (confusing instructions) but overall happy with the product.
Took some figuring to decipher the installation instructions but once installed, we've been quite happy with the quality and function of the product. The timer is a must. We have two towels and set it for two hours and it does the trick. No more cold, damp towels in the winter for us!

Works very well to heat the towels and dry the towels
Using this item in our wall- in closet out of the way to heat and dry our towels. Love completely dry towels and if I turn the heater on while getting ready to shower the towel will be warm.
