How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Chad Thomas Bought for my wife
My wife was complaining about the cricut easy press for awhile now bc when she goes to do sublimation projects the press tends to slide when she adds pressure, so the pass black Friday i decided to surprise her with a new one! And she LOVES it, she runs a small business personalizing all sorts of things and this has made her Job so much easier and I dont have to hear her complaining lol so it's a win win for the both if us!! Happy wife happy life!
Also the box did come completely damaged even woth the stira foam crushed all around it but every thing worked perfectly fine.
