So far I've been very happy with this press! I have pressed more than 20 baseball caps for our organization and they have turned out GREAT!

This was a great addition to my little business. An inexpensive addition that has increased my rage for creation.

The only issue is that the plates aren't perfectly angled, which causes a crease in the hat. Otherwise, it works great. I can't really complain, though, given the price.

i like the press thus far. easy to use, doesnt take up much space. wish it had a better clamp down mechanism for the hat but overall a very good beginner heat press for caps! Would recommend it

I purchased this press a couple of weeks ago and it came in a very well packaged box with no dents or dings. I was so excited about it, that I plugged it up immediately and decided to print my first cap. Well, since I was putting a leather badge on the cap, I knew that I would need a little bit more pressure to make it work. The pressure knob was not working properly. The more I tried to remedy the problem, the more frustrated I got. I looked at the press and discovered that the pressure bolt was not only too small but that it was stripped. I called the customer service department and they were very helpful and did send me a SMALL refund and told me to more or less to fix it myself. I have bought the parts that I need and will get the press up and going again. Pleased with the one cap I managed to do. I will probably order my flat press and mug press from Vevor, but I do expect the presses to work and I don’t want to have to rebuild them before I use them.

This hat press is of superb quality! I love the smoot bar and crisp lines. The heat resistant pad feels almost like a softly textured gel and the spring loaded cap holder is very handy and pretty strong. I do wish that it was more useful for sublimation on baseball caps, but I would suggest using to apply patches, and logos if that's what you are looking to brand. Tennis visors and headbands work fantastic on this press though. The timer automatically stats as it locks into place. When the timer comes to an end, it beeps to alarm you that your cycle is finished. Awesome product for the price!

This hat press is good quality and easy to use. I could use some of the different pad options for different hats, but I made hundreds of hats over the holiday and it works great!

I have multiple. Best press for the money hands down.
