Good, sturdy, quality machine. I was surprised at the great value for money. Highly recommend. Vevor has an undeserved reputation for flimsy badly designed machines and this one is great.

I rated a 4 due to the first attempt of pressing it would not turn on. Instead of returning right away I removed the screws on the back plate and found a wire unplugged from the power switch. Reconnected and reinstalled the back cover and has worked fine since with no other issues.

This is a great quality and it arrived on time. This is exactly what I was looking for and I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends. I have used it for a couple of months now

The press does what is supposed to do, but without buying extra items to protect your products it will ruin them.. To make sure structured hat you will need to buy heat press pillows or some type of high density foam to protect the shape. Also they should ship with a piece of Teflon or Foam to protect the face of the hat and the patch/transfer but you will also need to buy that separately. I probably would've bought another press I found after I purchased this one which is about the same price and the lower platens are a lot nicer and shaped like the inside of an actual hat..

I love my heat press for hats. It is a little tough to figure out exactly how to position the hats but fairly simple to use once you figure the hat out

This works perfectly, I make hats for my charter business with this and press on all 4 sides of the hat. I find unstructured hats work best though.

Heats quickly, does all as advertised. Have had no issues with it other than myself (trial and error) trying to get the right heat setting for leather patches with adhesive onto a hat. ;)
