Il faut clairement indiquer que ce grillage ne doit pas être utilisé dans un potager car l'acier contient du plomb. Je l'avais commandé pour mettre dans un bac de culture pour le protéger des souris. Dans l'emballage, j'ai trouvé une mise en garde indiquant de ne pas l'utiliser pour le potager. Vevor m'a néanmoins remboursée aussi je continuerai à être cliente malgré tout.

Well it showed up with a very light box. Taped all over. Opened it up to find a smashed roll of wire. While parts of it may be salvagable.. The most of it is now trash.

The shopping cart automatically updated with an address from several years ago AND loaded the wrong item. I placed the order on a sunday and contacted customer service 20 minutes later. HOwever they did shop the wrong items to the wrong address, which I never received and they charged me. I will not purchase anything from them again.

Well it took a long time for the product to arrive, but it wasn't late. Then, upon delivery, I rec'd ONE box with NO indication on the shipping label of other 'boxes'. I open the box and recycled the cardboard. The one roll was in good shape and I assumed that one roll was a 400' roll....it was a few days later (Saturday) when I was finally able to roll out the hardware cloth (I have a 90 x 90' garden). That's when I found out that I had been delivered LESS than I paid for! It was a 100' roll. I've tried to follow up twice but all I get is an AI assistant that tell me to take a photo of the package (gone!). I'm sure many people are guilty of taking advantage...I am not. But, the only proof I have would be the delivery man who had ONLY ONE PACKAGE/BOX delivered to me....WHY CAN'T VEVOR run that down? Now my garden is exposed to varmints and I'm out over $200! I purchased 400' at $276!!

Great, except that I paid moms when I ordered, had to pay it again before I could collect the package and Vevor seem to show no sign of refunding the double payment

Price was good, but the product disappeared somewhere in the warehouse. Took several messages with customer service to finally get a refund, but the company did fully refund. So I don't see myself ordering from vevor again anytime soon.

Inferior product. A dozen of missing welds and even a section of missing wire. This web site will not let me add pictures I took while working on my project, for some reason it is trying to make me take new picture. I suppose if you make it inconvenient enough for someone to complain then it limits the number of complaints. Take my advice, buy a better made product.

Delivery was late

Das Produkt kam beschädigt an, beim Versuch das Produkt zu reklamieren wurde mir seitens Vevor 2 Wochen lang die gleiche Nachricht geschrieben, dass Problem sei doch nicht so schlimm ich solle die Ware behalten - obwohl hier mit Rückgaberecht etc. geworden wird, eine absolute Frechheit.
