How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Scott Good idea, poor build quality
Foldable
Poor instructions. Most of the bolt holes did not line up. Frustrating and took way longer than it should to put together

mjensen Jeep hardtop remover

Holes did not align for assembly. Had to drill all of them out to get bolts through. Missing parts and shipping damage.

Unsatisfied customer Terrible quality/ customer service horrible
Foldable
Terrible quality , missing alignment on the screws and the polls are wobbly which could cause it to fall and break your hard top. Worse thing about this in trying to get a refund and they are giving me the run around. This is the 2nd product I have bought from this company and they do not care about the customer at all. So good luck. You buy you keep no matter what. No money back!
