Customer Reviews for VEVOR Gun Safe for Handgun Portable Biometric Fingerprint Pistol Gun Safe, for Nightstand, Travel, Car, 3-Way Quick Access, Thick Steel Construction, with Carry Handle, Optional Silent Mode, Black

Works as intended nice features with both 110 and battery back up

Soweit alles gut ! Schnell geliefert. Gut verpackt! Nur die Gebrauchsanweisung ist in English!

Programming and operation are simple and fuss-free. The button panel is not solidly attached; there's some slop but it isn't an issue initially. My application is as a short-term secure container in my car for a firearm, cabled to the seat frame. The cable connects to the vault with a short, small diameter (6-32?) thumb screw installed from the inside. Not nearly robust enough in my opinion. It should be t least 10-32 with at least two full thread diameters of engagement. I will be installing my own attachment scheme as soon as possible..

Overall good price/value. Temperature is only in °F, I did't find any way how to change that. Security is good enough to protect your weapon against a curious child and still have it readily accessible. Fits one glock 19 + a spare mag. No way it can fit two compact or full-size guns and still be usable. Too shallow to fit the weapon in holster (T-rex sidecar). As a much cheaper variant to Hornady rapidsafe it is well worth the money.
