This was packaged fine but the shipper was rough with it resulting in one panel being cracked, I worked with vevor and they replaced the entire package at 0 cost to me. The product is made well, looks great on the wall and it’s nice you can move around the hangers.

I ordered 2 of these and they seem well built. I’ve only opened 1 so far but it has painted over rust spots and visible rust coming from the tubing. Now considering these stayed out of stock for awhile I figured I was getting a fresh built unit but I guess not. We will see how long it lasts with the rust inside the tubing.

I purchased these and an entire box got damaged and some type of pole or something bit into each panel. On top of that there were 5 more panels from the other four boxes that were purchased were broken. Please see the picture. I hope that Vevor sends me two boxes to replace these damaged and broken ones!

Recieved damaged. Tried to bend it back but the metal is brittle

It's junk, the plastic broke and all my guns fell off the wall and damaged them. VERY CHEAP PLASTIC

I was shipped the unit and the top was missing one of the slots. I wrote company to notify and hopefully get a replacement. I had to send photos twice to get reasonable response was to provide me a refund. Would have rather had a replacement. Still looking for this type solution, concerned if order another I would have same issue. The quality control at the manufacturer is definitely lacking.

Difficilissimo da montare, soprattutto perché le istruzioni erano scarse. Dopo 36 ore il supporto per fucili è crollato a terra. Sto ancora valutando i danni causati a quattro dei miei fucili. Economico e di scarsa qualità, lo sconsiglio vivamente a meno che non dobbiate appendere dei giocattoli.

Materiale difettoso e fuori quota. Non riesco a contattare l'assistenza per effettuare il cambio dei prodotti da sostituire perché mi rimbalzano da un sito all'altro.

Purchased this, guess I should have looked at the pictures for a description and not the.... description. The back board is made of a thick plastic that has ugly edges and overall looks tacky, I didn't even hang this up as I've seen some others that are much cleaner and nicer. Ended up ordering the Savior system, its about 6x the price but way cleaner and far superior in quality and usability.
