How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

I have had several power washers, gas and electric. This is the best I’ve owned. Easy to use, starts right up. Does the job. Could be a bit more powerful - but adequate for most jobs.

Good pressure washer for the money. Instructions could be better. Unclear how to use the soap function.

Instructions could be better. High pressure hose leaked but Vevor is supposed to be sending a fix. Hooked up a hose from an old pressure washer I had and it worked fine.

Great pressure washer for a great price. I very very impressed with the working pressure, and easy to operate. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a pressure washer.

MAC Customer
3400 PSI Freestand
It started with a rough delivery by FedEx. It had a damaged box and opened on one corner. I filed a complaint and the company was great about offering support. It took a several days of messages and me finding ways to upload pictures. The upload button on the message system did not work so the sent me a link to upload and share the files.
The product itself seems great. Very powerful and starts easy. I would like to see a soap container or optional soap dispenser. It comes with a hose and filter to place into a soap container that comes with whatever soap you buy. A soap dispenser onboard or attachable to the machine.

I can only give this washer three stars because it arrived with a broken or defective part.
HOWEVER,, Vevor did its due diligence and paid me a 100% refund because I was not able to get every replacement part, I still have not replaced it till this day, but that’s not to say they did not do a superb job taking care of the customer. I am 99.9% satisfied.
I still have my car wash program till this day. lol, hopefully one day I’ll get around to replacing that part if I can find it to see what this machine is capable of.
