Powerful and does the job. Expect the unexpected root or rock to stop the bit with a hard twist as with most any auger. I highly recommend this machine!

This post hole digger was my first purchase from Vevor. I must say, I’m impressed. This 52CC post hole digger, at its price is awesome. I was afraid the engine would be hard to start at this price point. But after putting in some 40:1 pre-mix I picked up from Tractor Supply, and after priming it and giving it a little choke, this thing fired up first pull, very impressive! It was set up perfect and it idled great right out of the box. I let it run for about 30 minutes to get it broke in, then shut it off for about an hour then once again, first pull, fired back up. Even my Stihl chainsaw doesn’t do that - lol! And talk about power, with the 8 inch auger, it dug a hole the length of the auger (with the extension) in less than a minute (in soft dirt, of course). I like the fact that they give you all the necessary wrenches, screwdriver and even a swrench! Assembly was quick and easy. As a bonus they also included an extra spark plug and throttle control. I couldn’t be happier with this post hole digger and ease of purchase and price! I highly recommend it.

Fairly easy to use with just one person, it’ll give you a good toss about. However, it is much better to use with another person. Right out of the box! It worked great! Better than I thought it would! Very pleased!

Bought this for a diy fence installation. After assembling and adding fuel if fired right up. It dug very well in the thick clay we have here.

I'm using the Auger to dig 50 holes for wooden fence post. This machine will definitely get thw job done!
