I found this product way to install. Comes with all necessary fasteners. As other reviewers suggested I drilled out the holes on the aluminium tracks to be a little larger (5mm) to allow for adjustment when installing. Note that the rubber is a little shorter than the 5m of track supplied. Out of the box the rubber insert was squashed (see picture) so I folded it and clamped it for a time to get back to the correct circular shape. I used this on a tilt garage door which had a 40mm gap and it fitted perfectly.
