Unfortunately these forks were damaged after the first time using just trying to pick up a small dead tree. Tree was less than 2000 lbs. Forks can still be used they are just no longer level. Looks to have cracked where welds were thin along side support bracket.

Hello I think a person who buys 10 hi lo Forks at a time should get a better discount

I would still like a dealer's discount I buy probably 50 of these Forks a year it's pretty sad a customer who just buys one set of them gets the same price as I do thank you very much Randy WRay

They are trash the bolts bent and then when I tried to get them back out they broke off inside and now I can’t get them back out and the company is not helping with there product

Customer service sucks so bad it's a long, hard process to get anything resolved! First I received the wrong item, they EVENTUALLY sent out another package. I received new package but it only had 1 fork in it, not 2. What in the heck am I going to do with 1 fork??? I wrote them again, explaining in detail my dilemma, and they sent me a picture of my package outside my house that was delivered. I told them, "Yes I know the package was delivered, but there was only one inside " and now nothing. No more, I can't deal with them anymore

Bought this unit the bar that keeps the forks from sliding around broke the second day I bought it. The metal is very cheap and the welds are cheap. Very displeased. I tried to put a picture of it, but it seems to be a pain in the ass. I would not buy this product.

Bought these to use on my full size backhoe. The price was amazing, or so I was lead to believe. The initial quality appears well made and sturdy, but the end result was a huge waste of my time, energy and money. They fold under ANY amount of weight, even the ones I bought which are supposed to good for 4k pounds. They are not. Unless you plan on using them for light brush clean up or hauling few kleenex boxes, they are going to disappoint you. They also only came with one set of clamps/bolts which means they fall off as soon as you backup. I am terribly displeased with this product and also surprised as Vevor stuff is usually pretty good.

The first day of use carrying approximately 500 pounds of post one side broke at the weld. I bought the warranty. I tried to contact them for a replacement. I needed them immediately so I ordered another set which got damaged in transit so they sent them back and I was refunded for that set 10 days later. Still no response on the replacement of the first set so I hired a welder to repair my faulty set so I could get the job done that I bought them for. I sent photos of them right when they broke but around 3 weeks after I reported the damage and 2weeks after I had them fixed they finally contacted me and said after they receive them back they will replace or refund me. Well after paying someone to repair them and definitely better than what they originally were and as long as it took for them to get back to me the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I decided to just keep them and just never do business with them again and when the people I know ask me about mine I tell them my story show them the photos and tell them my experience that I will never buy from them again. I am extremely disappointed in this company.
