Great quality

This lift basket/cage will be alright to work from. It could use a few more areas beefed up and other places could use more welds but for the price it is about what I expected. Materials are a bit flimsy but again for the price it is expected. Overall it will do the job it is designed to do.

Unfortunately this product is not up to the usual Vevor standard I've become to expect. The door can burst open easily and is very dangerous. It's an accident waiting to happen. A DEATH is quite possible. The door catch will easily burst open if any outward pressure is placed on the side wall, on the the door hinge side. Without the door catch secured the side walls are quite flimsy. The door locking mechanism needs modification to make it safe. All current stock should be withdrawn from sale and existing customers should be sent the modified parts. Further to above, the whole product looks like it was designed by the work experience kid, then manufactured without doing a test build and evaluation. eg. Further to above mentioned safety, 1. The bolts supplied to attach the wheel brackets to the floor don't have enough thread and are impossible to tighten correctly. I had to buy additional washers to use as packers. 2. With the door attached to the side panel it won't fold flat for packup without taking the door off. It would only take a slight alteration to the hinge location during manufacture to solve this and make it a better product. I've come up with my own solutions for the door catch and the incorrect bolts. I'll just live with the side not folding nicely. Otherwise it's a good product for the money.

I have written too you twice asking a question about how lose the connection bars are through the Rectangular hole, my neighbor almost fell out cause the door rattles and came lose. Do unokan and making something that secures the door from opening while in use? If not I would like to return it cause it is very dangerous too use Tim Cooper

I received an open box on 24 June. The contents contained, the platform, 3 side, 3 wheels (1 was a locking wheel, 2 bent fork lift bracket, 2 smaller brackets, 1 of the side rail s was scratched up. No hardware, no installation instructions. The box looked like it went threw hell and had a label that it may of gone to someone else and returned. The box also had a hole in the side. Anyways I wrote VEVOR thinking they would send me the missing items. Oh also sent pictures. Vevors response was "Please circle the missing items on the manual and send that back to us. WHAT MANUEL. There is no way to talk to someone and they haven't responded to my request to make this right. I can't evensend it back. The shipper will not except the box it was sent in cause of the damage.

Premièrement, la largeur pour les pattes de lift n'est pas indiquée sur les caractéristiques de l'item. Donc, en voyant que nos fourches de 8" ne pouvaient pas entrer dedans. Ce qui fait que l'utiliser ne serait pas sécuritaire. J'ai tenté à plusieurs reprises de me faire rembourser et de vous la retourner. On nous a offert un remboursement partiel de la moitié et de garder l'item. Comme expliqué, on ne pourra jamais l'utiliser. Donc elle est inutile pour nous. Donc très insatisfait du service après vente. Les lois au Canada vous oblige à reprendre l'item et à rembourser la totalité. C'est ce qu'on s'attends de vous cette semaine. Merci
