Great for the price - works great and looks great; only issue is it's lightweight so one needs to be careful getting off and on, kinda tipsy but the benefit side is, it's easy to move which comes in handy. Very happy with my choice and I'd buy it again!

I contacted VEVOR the day after purchasing after I realized that it was being shipped to the wrong address a state away. I was unable to attain a phone number to call and after multiple multiple interactions with what I know believe to be a computer, I was told that it would ship there and once it arrived there and was returned I would get my money back. Despite telling them I no longer lived there and I had no means of retrieving it or even contacting the new owner, the computer said I would be taken care of. Well I hope the new homeowners like thier free new bike. I got my credit card to cancel it but its still on a provisional credit. I won’t do business with VEVOR again (and I previously had a very favorable opinion of them) because they will not provide customer assistance other than a computer with programmed responses. Beware!!
