I have an old MAG welder bought 1989. Sparingly used, but recently I changed it's poalrity and tested the small 0.5 kg rolls from our local food store (!). It worked far better than expected, but rolls with 100 meter does not give many welds. So I bought directly from VEVOR EUR and had expected to respool the wire onto smaller bobbins. BUT - amazingly the Vevor bobbin was to the exact mechanical specs as it was 35 year ago. Today I welded some 5 mm mild steel details. The welds has deep penetration but there is some sputter , however far less compared to classic Carbon dioxide MAG welding. Fast shipping is also nice. I give this Flux core wire my very best recommendation.

Purchased this to use in my Lincoln 140 welder. I am only a hobby welder, but those 2 lb. rolls were getting up there in price and then I found this. For my use, it works just as well as the name brand, and I save money too. So it's a win, win for me.

CAN'T BEAT THIS WIRE FOR THE PRICE.

je ne suis pas un expert de la soudure. j'étais plus habitué à la soudure à l'arc (Rutile) et j'ai vous essayer le MIG. Ce fil de soudure répond à mes attentes : pas de laitance, une bonne pénétration, mais il faut une épaisseur à souder d'au moins 1 mm sinon ça perce même en mettant une intensité plus faible. seule bémol, en rédigeant ce commentaire je constate que la bobine est moins chère que lorsque j'ai passé commande, j'aurais du attendre.

Bon pour le prix Parfait pour mes besoins.
