Cela semble de la bonne qualité et c'est relativement facile à monter. La poignée par contre doit être serrée à l'extrême pour ne pas qu'elle tourne avec le bras de levier quand quelqu'un y met son poids pour se lever, même une personne légère. Une bague crantée serait plus facile pour placer et figer cette poignée dans un position choisie, plutôt que du pur serrage par friction.

This product does work, but not the best. When we extended the pole and made it tight it was great, but once you use the handle to help you get up, it will start to untighten. The handle needs to be able to move without this inconvenience.

Tjhevscrews were slightly tightened as instructed by Susan on our ticket for return and refund. The torque was locked as instructed. However the Transfer rod is still not safe and dangerous to use. The rod turns and ceiling panel moved when the elderly patient grabbed to use the handrail. We would like to return and receive a refund.

Nach Erhalt habe ich es zurück geschickt. Am 03.01.26 war das Paket bei versenden eingetroffen. Heute der 17.01.26 immer noch keine Erstattung. Immer wieder antworten von KI aber Geld bis jetzt nich da. Jetzt keine Kommunikation mehr. Noch mal werde ich da nich kaufen. Wer sich erger sparen will sollte lieber woanders kaufen.

geen Nederlandse beschrijving en zeer moeilijk in elkaar
te zetten paal c is haast niet in paal d te krijgen
heel pijp zit vol bramen heb met lomp geweld in mekaar moeten zetten met hamer en plank dus niet meer te verhuizen
heb hem gemonteerd maar zal hem zonder slijptol niet meer van zijn plaats kunnen krijgen
