I ordered and it arrived quickly. It clearly was used by someone for an event and returned as the poles were not in their packaging and there was a bit of grass inside the change room. It works well and I assembled it and kept it regardless. The directions and clothing hooks changed at some point so the clothing hooks were the wrong ones inside the box and did not match the unit so I threw them away and added a coat tree stand in the change room so clients could hang their garments. Overall it is a good unit and lightweight and a good size. It is practical for me but quality control is lacking and I will not use the company again.
