I like it alright, and it gets the job done. My only negative is it seeks to move on me when I open and close it and once fell off into the fire. I think it needs anchor flanges on the opposite side of lift in order to keep it secure/in place. Something for the engineers to look at it so there is not an accident and claim back to the manufacturer/distributor. Otherwise, it is a decent product for the price point.

It was quick to assemble (as long as you put all screws in place then tighten gradually in sequence) Seems well made. Prompt delivery from the seller.

Screen is heavy and the correct size. Will not use until spring. Had no problem assembling, but wished the pieces fit together better and didn't leave gaps. Spent some time finessing the pieces together to fit properly. Would not cause me to not order again. We normally burn up a couple of cheap screens a year so are hoping this one will last longer.

I have a SS bonfire and was looking for an alternative cover that was a bit more cost effective than oem considering all it needs to do is cover the thing when not in use. This does exactly that! It fits over it, with a little extra room but not so loose that it looks like it was made for something else. It's solid metal and pretty plain looking but it's a cover... what're you looking for? Finally, i have a weatherproof cover as well and that fits over it and the firepit with no issues so i can keep this thing outside. Well worth it if you're looking for a basic durable cover for your bonfire that'll save you a few $$.

Product came in pieces which I would have to screw together, which wouldn’t have been so bad but one of the quarter-panels didn’t have holes so I needed to drill through stainless steel which was a hassle but accomplished. The product is sturdy, strong, heavy excellent and all respects except for the holes that weren’t there in one of the quarters

Straight forward assembly. Holding up nicely to first several fires. Only complaint is sharp mesh edges, becareful during assembly.

Cheaply made, but does the job. You get 4 identical pieces that overlap at the edges to form a dome, plus a thick plate on top with a loop for lifting. The pieces have RAZOR sharp edges, and the holes barely line up, so they recommend leaving the nuts loose until all pieces are connected. It would be nice if the top piece was dome shaped rather than flat, but that would have cost another penny or two. Don’t expect perfection, and you might not be disappointed. I mostly bought this to burn documents in my smokeless fire pit without pieces of burning paper flying out.

Love this.. had my old one for many years and it was time for a new one. Love the way it opens to check the fire. Easy to put together. Just in time for the cold weather.

I bought this based on the stainless steel build after reading other painted steel product reviews of rust and falling apart. This is truly made of SS and is very sturdy. After several large fires and some drizzle, there is no problem with rust nor the screen being burnt through. Assembly is just a bit of a challenge because its a bit awkward with the rounded shape and the included tools are a joke but if you have a good screwdriver and wrenches it makes it much easier. Great product overall.
