We are thrilled with our fire pit spark screen! My husband loves the ease of adding logs to the fire and with the height, he can add more than before. The fit is perfect for my solo.
It is a lid and it fits. Solid piece of stainless steel. I will update after the summer and let you know how it holds up. We did buy a cover for the solo and it fits perfectly with the lid on. Solo overcharges for the same style of lid.

Early on in owning the Fire Pit Spark Screen but it seems to be doing well with very hot fires
Early on and have had only one fire in my Breeo since I received and constructed the product, but is stood up well to a very hot fire.

Stainless steel and cheaper thanothers
The price was much better than the fire pit cover recommended with the Stanbroil burner kit. The only thing wrong was a lack of handles to lift or replace the cover easily, so I drilled holes and added two handles.

It fits over my fire pit no problem. Putting it together upside down was tricky. One hand to hold one to screw the screws in backwards but overall very happy.
