Awsome Wire stripper!!!!, works perfect!!

So I got this to strip 12ga solid since no one on the jobsite wants it and though it took a bit of finagling to get calibrating it works pretty great (plus I'm not burning through razor knife blades and nicking the copper every 6-12\"). One modification that was necessary for smaller solid wire was taking the wire guide off entirely so you can move the wire back and forth under the wheel while you're hand cranking for longer lengths (6-20\" and relatively straight seem to do the best but I've managed curvy lengths beyond 5ft and it's pretty satisfying to peel off the split insulation at the end) Also I recommend going directly to the suppliers website because they have awesome deals there.

Took sometime to get adjusted correctly. After the work well and got the job done. I would recommend this product if you have the time to make some money, the unit was worth the money

I really like it easy to use. Need to mount to a bench for sturdiness cause if u try and use the handle manually not mounted it won't work well but other than that I like it.

I originally bought this product because scrapping copper wire by hand is a very long and arduous task. This product completely streamlines the process. Within seconds with the drill attachment I can rip any amount of wire through this thing and make stripping it a breeze. I would be mindful about stranded wire especially smaller sizes. You need to play with sizing a bit but when you find a sweet spot you can keep running wire and it keeps its sizing. I would recommend this to anyone scrapping large amounts of copper.

Does a good job stripping big wire And the only thing I have a problem with is I need the owner's manual that did not come with it. It's working great so far.

I have run several thousand feet through this tool and it is great once you get it dialed in. If you are switching from one size wire to another it takes minimal time once you understand how the machine operates. The only issue I had was in the beginning the wire kept going been the blade and chuck. I found that bringing both chucks in a close as possible fixed the issue. After that fix, all of the adjustments were the blade depth. This is a well built unit. The only other issue is if you don't guide the first foot of wire out of the cutting area it can get stuck in the outboard fan motor housing and jam up the motor. If they had a small cover over that spot it would fix the issue and if they added a carry handle it would be nice as well. I highly recommend this if you are going to strip large lengths of wire. I have had this unit now for over 6 months with no mechanical issue.

I had a lot of copper wire lying around. I stripped at least 2500 dollars worth with this tool. One tip is if the wire keeps rolling on you, set the guide to feed in from a lower angle. Once I learned this it went smooth as can be. Worked with drill and hand crank just fine.
