I bought it a month ago and didn't get the wireless remote. I reported it to them through AI. I got all this BS run around shit I had to do. I just ordered a wireless remote off line. I buy allot of stuff from them, you would think they would just send out a new 25 dollar remote. Time is money and I don't have days to screw with all the BS.

Hello Purchased this item, came in timely manor, Unit looked good and was easy to hook up to the plate. We used it for the first time this weekend, did the job we needed with ease so pulls good, did have a issue with the 3/8 in steel rope, IT CAN UNSTWITED so it still did the job but worried about the cable going forward, it did not roll up properly on the spool after it came apart. so will see what vevor has too say,
