The electric cord was defect at the first use of the nibbler. Poor quality of the electric cord but it’s a good machine.

bonjour je vous ai informé que cet appareil ne me convenait pas et que j'en demandais la reprise, mais il semble que votre société ne s'intéresse pas au retour de matériel. Ne pouvant juger cette grignoteuse, pour ne pas l'abimer ou l'utiliser pour une reprise je lui est donné la moins bonne note mais elle est peut-être très bien. j'attends de vos nouvelles

Received in the mail. Went to job site to use. Cut 1 inch stopped working. Absolutely garbage and waste of money. Been talking to support. Nothing has been resolved. Getting no answers. Do not buy. I am a contractor and they act like it’s not plugged in to power no the unit is junk and needs to be replaced.
