Je suis déçus, même des steaks pour les achés je les coupe a petit morceaux et il faut démonter toute les 2 minutes pour enlever les petits nerfs si on peut dire, et le cochon n en parlons pas c est pire, sa coûte cher et sa fait pas le travail, a ce prix là je m attendre a autre chose.

Bonjour le hachoir vevor est arrivé avec une pièce endommagé malgré plusieurs mails envoyés au service client je n’ai eu aucune réponse de leur part .

Rubbish product, rubbish service. After I dont know how many emails, they refunded purchase. Plunger supplied for mincer was too long and on first use the screw caught it and minced plastic through the meat. They couldn't supply one, I got one else where. It now sounds like a bearing has gone and I suspect there was no grease in the gear box.

En general el envío super rápido y todo llegó, no faltó ninguna pieza, pero tengo la impresión de que antes la máquina había sido usada! Igual no la e probado pero se ve en estado seminuevo! La encendí y la potencia del motor perfecto pero no e picado carne, me gusta su robustez!

I bought this grinder for the sausage stuffer. It doesnt work because there is no spacer to hold the auger in place when you put the stuffer tube on. Their answer was to put the meat down the shute before you turn the grinder on. I tried this and all that happened was the auger pushed out and filled the grinder with meat. It has been 2 weeks since I contacted vevor with this problem. I have yet to get a response that is going to help. There is no way to call and I think all my communication is from AI

Works pretty well. The only thing I don’t care for is that where the metal part mounts to the machine body It is kind of wobbly. This makes the machine feel slightly unstable.

When opened the internal packaging was mostly destroyed by rough handling and the pieces were loose in box. Sharp fragment punctured my hand and spent 30 minutes trying to get it out. Fragment from 2 large pieces rubbing against each other and after a thorough cleaning I had to polish to remove scratches. Also the sausage stuffing plate is too small and should be the same thickness as the grinding plates. After I ordered this, the faster, larger capacity #7 grinder was priced far lower than what I bought!

Wij hebben deze apparaat gekocht bij Vevor.nl en ontvangen in ernstig beschadigd staat, is duidelijk te zien dat het om een retour artikel gaat,Vevor.nl werkt niet mee, dit willen ze vergoeden met €20 tegoedbon en een netwerk snoer. We zijn zeer teleurgesteld over Vevor.nl, waardeloos handeling

Primeramente nos pusimos en contacto con el servicio al cliente para saber si tenian accesorios, ya que otras maquinas tenian y nos dijeron que no que es lo que hay. Falta especificar en la web las medidas de los cortadores etc. Llego la caja hecha un desastre, toda rota. Sacamos la máquina y comprobamos que funcionara bien. Y hoy la hemos usado y lo primero que se ha roto ha sido el embutidor de carne.
