Could not be happier with this machine! What use to take 30 minutes, now takes 10! This machine slices and chops my smoked briskets like butter. Simple to use, clean and store. It's a little heavy for the size, but well worth it!

Complaint of the gear plastic wheel. On the side of the machine SU 3 toothed wheels medium is plastic on it is broken tooth.

Michael Makes perfect jerky slices
I bought this to make jerky slices and it does this perfectly. It is a tad loud and way heavier than expected. The blades seem to clean easily but need to be coated in cooking oil or similar right afterwards or they will start to rust.
