Heavy duty, easy to operate and clean. Turns hours of hand cutting with scissors into minutes of perfect cuts/slices.

Hard to clean if only for short sessions. This is best served as a full time commercial use kitchen item.

This machine is heavy. It is nosier than expected. But the ease of use for cutting jerky meat outweighs everything else. What used to be a time-consuming task is now done within minutes. We use this to slice goose breast for jerky and fajita meat. I did run 2 heads of cabbage through it to get the shipping oil out of it. The first head was black when shredded. It is easy to clean with high pressure water, and I turn it on for a few seconds before I slice the next time, I use it to get the dried-up slivers out. Best purchase!

Slicer works absolutely fantastic made life so much easier to make jerky should have bought this unit years ago well worth the money

This meat cutter has reduced the time needed to make a batch of jerky. Just be sure the pieces aren’t too large or it gets stuck in the blades.

Worth every penny. I can slice an entire deer for jerky in less than a minute once the muscles are ready. Also great for stir fry and vegetable slicing.
