We love our meat slicing machine. We have had it for 6 months now. We use it for our food truck meat prep. We have to slice our beef into smaller chunks to process it. However, when we process our chicken thighs, those go through as is. We usually do a case of 40lbs of chicken in about 10 minutes since we only pass through machine 1 time. The beef usually is about 15 minutes since we pass it through the machine 2 times. This has saved us so much time & money! 100% recommend!

I really love this product. The only problem is that I’ve used it twice and now it doesn’t wanna work right like it just spins it just it’s not doing what it’s supposed to do. I mean other than that when I used it it was really good.

Amazing meat slicer. Cuts so much and so quickly. Easy to use and clean as you pretty much just add the metal inserts and to clean you just remove them and pour boiling water in. Definitely worth the money as we have made 6 batches of jerky in just 2 weeks!
