Az oldalnál rendelesnél történt valami mert eredetileg nem ezt a modelt rendeltem hanem kisebb spirállal, megprobaltam felvenni velük a kapcsolatot de persze csak chat és semmi erdemleges valaszt nem kaptam hogy legalabb spirált lehetne e kapni hozza külön vagy sem ....a gep teszi a dolgát jol , de nem az jött amit rendeltem, és érdemleges választ sem kaptam ezert jár az 1 csillag (bele sem gondolok hogy garancia esetén mi történik)

It said mi item was delivered but never did. Now I have to call my visa and report this. They never knew where my package as or have any idea about the delivery time. Never use this company again and I will definitely never recommended

I purchased a 50ft 3/10 drain snake, and overall, it appeared satisfactory. On my first use, there were no problems, but on my second use, the roller broke and the cable became completely twisted. Despite being brand new, it performed like a low-quality item. I find it hard to believe how poorly it held up. There is no usability left at all. I would advise against buying it.

After 2nd use bearing gone , so not in use after 2nd use , for this waste of money , easy to transport

1 Star — Junk machine and terrible customer service I bought this Vevor drain auger, used it one time, followed the instructions, and the cable is now stuck in the drum because it kinked or tangled inside. I’m not new to running drain machines, so this was not user error from someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing. This machine turned out to be a huge mistake. What made it worse was customer service. I contacted them for help and a refund, and their response was basically “too bad, it’s your problem.” No real help, no standing behind their product, and no accountability. A drain auger should not fail like this after a single use, especially when operated correctly. If a company won’t back up a defective product, that tells you everything you need to know. Would not recommend. Buyer beware

The machine was recieved inoperable, the company refused to return the machine and refund my money, very diappointed with this company, could never recommend them.

The 3/8" x 75' drain cleaner made it about 60 feet before it bound up in a clean drain. I am asking for a reduced price on a 1/2" model, or a full return, up to them. When I initially asked for a refund they sent me a link to watch an operational video of the product. I'm not sure what they will decide on the refund. The advertisements clearly state there is a 30-day return policy, but I feel some feet dragging so far :-).
