Customer Reviews for VEVOR Drain Cleaner Machine 15m x 9.5mm, Auto Feed Sewer Snake Auger on Wheels, Portable Drain Cleaning Machine with 4 Cutters & Air-activated Foot Switch for 50mm to 100mm Pipes

Sewer backed up on me Saturday night. I specifically ordered this auger because it said it would arrive Monday. Once it shipped, it was updated to arriving Friday. Since I couldn't live a week without functioning plumbing, I ended up renting a unit and clearing the clog that way.

It doesn’t go to 1.5” line or doesn’t go really well after 2 bends I tried few times every time have to rent different snake from local store to unclog kitchens I suggest please improve the quality of wire thanks

Product does not even work, customer support is not helping. The worst online purchase experience in my life.

El envío tardo 3 semanas más de la fecha que decía de entrega.

I waited for 6 weeks, no delivery. I finally canceled the order.

It said mi item was delivered but never did. Now I have to call my visa and report this. They never knew where my package as or have any idea about the delivery time. Never use this company again and I will definitely never recommended

VEVOR REFUSING TO RETURN MY MONEY! CABLE KINKED, HEAD SNAPPED OFF. GETTING RUNAROUND FROM NOI CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO DIRECT PHONE CONTACT # DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I purchased a 50ft 3/10 drain snake, and overall, it appeared satisfactory. On my first use, there were no problems, but on my second use, the roller broke and the cable became completely twisted. Despite being brand new, it performed like a low-quality item. I find it hard to believe how poorly it held up. There is no usability left at all. I would advise against buying it.

After 2nd use bearing gone , so not in use after 2nd use , for this waste of money , easy to transport
