I chose the manual feed unit for the weight and since I only need to go out about 30’. Trying to get the cable back in is nearly impossible. It does not coil properly at all. It binds up at the back instead of the coils shifting forward to spread them out. I regret buying it and may have to sell it. I cannot get it back in no matter what I have tried. I managed to get everything except about 10’ and the coiled cables looks so messy. I should have bought the powered feed unit and dealt with the heavier weight. I assume it would coil properly because of the motorized coiil movement. Very disappiointed.

Cannot be used for residential kitchen sink pipes with 90 degrees or U shapes. It could not go through a 90 degree and almost got stuck at U shape.

leider ist in der Beschreibung nicht zu sehen, dass das Gerät nur für 110 V Netz Anschluss funktioniert… für uns nicht zu gebrauchen !

Beware, it doesn’t describe here but this is a manual machine, not user friendly.

Kwaliteit ziet er goed uit! Veer slaat in de knoop in de veer kooi bij draaien waardoor invoeren veer in het riool moeilijk wordt. Had misschien het andere model moeten kopen

We are very disappointed with the customer service. We have been trying to reach someone for the past two weeks to resolve an issue with the drain snake, but we have received no response at all. The product is defective, not working as advertised, and we are now stuck with a broken item and no support. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Please contact us as soon as possible to resolve this issue, whether through repair, replacement, or refund. We expect prompt assistance.

The machine is good for clearing drain pipes LARGER THAN 2 IN. The snake is so stiff, makes impossible to go through a 2in elbow. Within a day of receiving it, I wanted to return the machine. BUYERS BEWARE. VEVOR DOESN'T ACCEPT RETURNS, AT LEAST FOR THIS KIND.

It works but twists easily despite me trying to follow the instructions. It rusts easily.
