works ok needs to be redesigned a little

Pas sûre qu'il dure très longtemps, déjà de la rouille qui coule des soudures au bout de quelques semaines.

Très faible, matériaux non résistant une seule sortie et il est toit détruit

Equipment came in bent and had to be fixed prior to use. Works good after it was fixed. Will continue to use.

Well, it levels for sure but a design flaw is that if you have weeds or debris you have to manually lift the drag up on each pass in order to not keep dragging the debris around. Wish there was some sort of release mechanism that would lift up the back piece when you pull a handle or something because you still end up doing manual work to rake the debris up afterwards. This device would be good for clean surfaces the just need to be smoothed out.

Did not receive any nuts and bolts, no hardware, no instructions , please help asap, ………………………………………

The drag is junk! Do NOT buy this drag the welds do not hold! It broke the first time I used it. I called customer service and it says all representatives are busy and it hangs up on you. 😡 I finally got a hold of someone and they gave me a ticket number but its been over a week and I haven’t heard anything back from them on the warranty or what they will do to fix this piece of jun! I will never purchase anything from this company again! Poor customer service and the products are junk.

Metal is flimsy and cheap. The nuts aren’t nylon locked so they come apart. Instructions are not easy to follow as it’s just pictures. Can’t use it for gravel driveways to move rocks around.
