Defective product
I received the table with a defective leg part so it could not be assembled. I waited a month to finally get a replacement part and it's the wrong part. I still have a useless table, in pieces, on my floor and waiting for the sad excuse for customer service to contact me back. Apparently they have different levels of customer service available based on how much you purchase. Spending less than $1,000, like I have, obviously does not rate quality/timely customer service.

En la descripción decía que soportaba hasta 280 kg y le he puesto 200 kg y se abrieron las patas de la mesa, incluso se torcieron las ruedas. No es posible que la mesa aguante ese peso con solo 1 tornillo de sujeción de la pata a la mesa.

Manque pièces dans colis, après réclamation, malgré n° commande, aucune tracabilite pour retrouver la référence du produit. Maintes et maintes échanges de mail pour finir à 1 proposition, on vous rembourse ou on échange le produit. Je demande juste l'approvisionnement des pièces manquantes, mais à priori non disponibles. Donc on me propose le reenvoi dun produit, mais depuis 10 jours, toujours rien reçu. Donc pour ma part, je ne commanderais plus de produit sur ce site et ne manquerais pas de partager mon.mecontement et inciter mes connaissances à ne pas le faire
