Customer Reviews for VEVOR Double Folding Security Gate, Lockable Scissor Gate with 360° Swivel Casters, Outdoor Barricade Steel Retractable Gates, for Entry Security, Garage, Warehouse & Pool, 3940 x 2205 mm (W x H)

Was easy to install works well… wish rollers were better quality… they are small and the material they are made of is too hard and they get stuck in any rock or pump on the driveway

The lock was broken after two weeks of using it from time to time and now the gate has to be chained

You guys offer the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You don’t even have a phone number and refuse to help me make a return of an UNUSED item.

We wanted a portable gate for our school to use as needed but when we tried to set it up we discovered that this will not stand on it's own. It tips over easily. We are working on seeing if we can make a brace for it, if we can not this will be useless for our school to use for our intended purpose.

Missing parts and damage package

Grazie

We ordered this gate for our business and it came with 3 keys that are not able to be copied. Our local locksmith said this key is not designed to be copied. Vevo said they can't get more keys and all they could do was further discount the gate. We'll have to take the lock off and figure out a different lock. Gate and mounts were fine. Just strange that you can't ever get more keys for this.

Keys that came with it DO NOT WORK Had to call a locksmith to get open NEVER BUY THIS!!!!!

I never got my shipping, neither the money
