It’s an okay pull-out bin set-up but be warned, it’s not necessarily straightforward to install. First up, the instructions are far from detailed and require a lot of assumptions. Assembling the frame was not easy. The bolts did not want to go into their pre-threaded holes and required significant force to turn. I suspect the threads in the frame were tapped before the frame was coated. Once coated, there was less space for the bolts to fit. The kit came with a screwdriver but it was useless and I had to resort to my toolkit for a more appropriate driver. I’m a relatively big guy and struggled to get the bolts to turn. My wife couldn’t move them. Also, the provided template makes a lot of assumptions about where the door fits into your cupboard space. The template says to align the base of the template with the bottom of the door. However, I had to drop the template a centimetre lower than the door base to make everything fit properly. Even then, the final product is not as aligned as I’d hoped - in the end I decided near enough was good enough. I’m an okay DIYer and installing the pull-out bin was a frustrating and time-consuming exercise. At one stage I had to sit on the floor and ponder my life choices. 😵‍💫 Finally, there was something that fell out of the tracks during installation. The small plastic piece looked like something that had broken off but the slides seem to work okay without whatever it was. I guess we’ll find out. In summary, it’s an okay product for the price but don’t expect installation to be simple because it might not be. My wife reckons 4 stars but I think 3 stars because of the installation headaches. Maybe 3.5 stars. Would I buy it again? Probably not.

Compared to the big box stores, the price was well worth it. The size of the unit was a little disappointing, but the small one was the only one that would fit my cabinet. It was easy to install and works well. Love the soft close hinges as well

I bought this to install undercounter trash bins in our kitchen. I'm mostly happy given the price, BUT, the installation instructions were two sentences and a basic drawing, (a LOT of trial and error was needed but I got there in the end).The metal is rather soft and thin but does the job relatively well. I doubt it will last more than a few years of use, but who knows.

It’s a ok item. The install was difficult for the first time. The first slide rails stopped soft closing and now the second set has quit soft closing as well. They sent a whole new kit to replace the broken slides so now I have 4 trash cans. That’s great but I don’t want to warranty the second set and get two more trash cans to deal with. Maybe you’ll have better luck but I did not.

The 35 quart pull out trashcan had a waste basket that did not take up the whole space that it could.. I think it could accommodate an I think it could accommodate a slightly larger trashcan. Also, two times now it has malfunctioned because the tensioner moves on the track and I have to move it back in order to be able to close the pull out.

I purchased this item and when it shipped I was told it was coming by On Track and they would provide tracking info. After several days I had to contact Vevor for that information. They responded but only indicated the item was on its way and no other details. When it did arrive there was considerable damage to one of the plastic trash cans and a crack in the other. I contacted them on their site to make a damage claim with a picture showing the damage. I had to submit this claim three times only to get an email that after 72 hours the claim would be marked as resolved. I never got a direct response to my claim to replace the damage items. I will not buy from Vevor in the future and will let others know that they do not stand behind what they sell.
