Complete scam, I ordered in April Vevor took my money but did not deliver the product. Buyer beware

heater was good out the box.. then a lot of problems started to occur.. so many codes and part issues. after a long time going back and forth with vevor , I got the parts and fixed it.

While the glow plugs was fine, the heater is junk. It did well for a week, then started smoking horribly. A couple more days and it wouldn't ignite. I tried putting the vacuum on the exhaust per the manual, and that didn't help. Took it apart and cleaned it out, it did good for about a week, and does the same thing again. Liquid fuel is actually dripping out of the exhaust when it is trying to light

Bought this replacement glow plug and used our heater 1 time, it worked for a few hours.. went to try heater tonight and glow plug took a crap already.. disappointed

I purchase glow plug for my heater it arrived. Installed according to instructions. Tried several times would not ignite. Kept filling up with unburnt diesel. Subsequently I got fed up bought new heater I would like some response from Vevor Canada

I had to purchase the glow plugs because the original heater that we bought did not work. I tried to phone and contact customer service to let them know with no avail. I had to buy two new glow plugs in order for the machine to work. Got the glow plugs. The first machine I bought does not work using it for parts for the second heater that I bought The kids wrecked the box. I was unable to return the first heater, but now I got the second heater and parts that I’m using from the first heater unfortunately I wish that you would have a comment section and a review section in your app so we can communicate with you. This is the only email I was able to send to you or only recap about what my experience was with your first machine. I was not happy. It didn’t work at all the second heater that I bought works well guess I got lots of parts to deal with in the first one.

Been waiting over 8 weeks and still do now have the product First time ordering from vevor it's self and not happy with the results. Was ready to purchase a second one until now

I wouldn't know since I never received it. It was supposed to be delivered in 3 days and after 3 weeks I finally cancelled it since I finally got a response it was lost in shipping. They did however promptly refund me.
