Poor quality-very bad customer service
No way am I going to recommend this to anyone. And I do not feel like taking extra of my time to take pics, I already wasted enough time and energy on this thing. And I am not that quick to leave bad reviews for anyone. But enough is enough. Not only does the remote stopped working after four camping trips, which is four uses but the whole quality finish leaves a lot to ask. The rail sliding part on the drawer broke off and there is no way to glue it. I also ordered extra parts for my heater, that were never delivered. Extra exhaust pipe, additional muffler and exhaust filter. Despite my multiple attempts to order them and pay for them, I received only emails from customer service stating that the packages went missing due to the wrong address. How did you deliver the heater then in the first place? On top of that, customer service department tried to convince me to receive only partial amount of money I had paid for all those parts. My package protection insurance saved me. DO NOT BUY FROM VEVOR! Hcalory is a way better product and their customer service department is awesome!

Over fuelling and loss of heat

Hi team
We have purchased 3 different types of diesel heaters from vevor but unfortunately the recent one doesn't operate well at all. It over fuels and leaks diesel from the air intake which in turn blows a large amount if smoke from the exhaust and fuel over our driveway .
Can we have it replaced ?

Very disappointed, heat very hard

Cheap hot air outlet
I bought this a couple of months ago. The hot air outlet pipe keeps breaking getting smaller all the time. The heater itself is brilliant. I’m just annoyed with the outlet pipe.

Vevor dieselvarmer 8 kw Verktøy kasse utgave Kretskort
The Webor 8 kW diesel heater I purchased had a failure where the control board stopped working, which was disappointing.
Customer service involved a lot of back-and-forth, and communication felt unclear at times. However, after some persistence, they did refund the repair cost via PayPal.
Overall, a mixed experience: product issues and slow support, but they eventually resolved it and honored the claim.

Mr.
The quick connect fittings for the 'dryer style' heat tube are useless, they do not fit the pipe. If you buy a larger diameter dryer tube for the fittings it will not fit in the storage drawer. Best option is to hose clamp the dryer tube direct to the heater (oh, it also does not come with large hose clamps to do this) and toss the plastic fittings. I own two other styles of Vevor diesel heaters and did not have this problem with either of them. I would also prefer that the lid was hinged on one side like the other 'toolbox' style heater I own. The way this lid opens is just awkward. Great concept having everything you need to operate the heater stored within the heater itself, but needs some refinement.

Had to replace parts within 40 hours of use
I would have given this a higher rating under different circumstances.
I’ve been full-time overlanding since June and purchased this heater specifically to get through winter travel and cold nights. In terms of heat output, it does exactly what it claims — it puts out great warmth and, for the price, it’s an affordable way to stay warm. That part has been solid.
Unfortunately, based on real-world use in a moving vehicle, I’ve run into some serious shortcomings.
1. Fuel cap leakage:
When driving with the tank around half full, the cap leaks. Fuel has sloshed out onto my vehicle floor and, at times, somehow made its way out of the cap breather hole and onto the doors. This caused diesel to drip onto the heater’s air outlet and soak into the air hose and surrounding plastic near the heater core. Once that happened, the diesel smell filled the cabin and lingered. I strongly recommend choosing a model where the exhaust and warm-air outlet are on separate ends and the fuel tank has a properly sealed cap. I am still trying to find a replacement cap that fits correctly.
2. Poor-quality hose:
The included hose is very low quality. It has ripped three times in less than a week, especially at right-angle bends. It also absorbs diesel fuel when exposed, which permanently traps the smell. I ended up replacing the hose with a better-quality insulated heater duct, which has significantly improved the situation, but this should not be necessary out of the box.
This heater is warm and budget-friendly, and for stationary use it may be fine. However, for full-time or mobile overlanding, the fuel cap design and hose quality make it inadequate as delivered, particularly due to fuel leaks and diesel odor inside the cabin. After replacing the hose, performance improved, but I have not yet been able to find a properly fitting, non-leaking fuel cap, which remains a major concern. Especially since I may have to replace this new hose as well if the leaking continues onto the air output. I should not have to clean it with soap and water every time.
It’s disappointing that an otherwise capable heater is held back by these issues, especially when comparable models with better tank and hose designs exist + or - $30-40
