Customer Reviews for VEVOR Diesel Engine Compression Tester, 18 pcs Cylinder Pressure Test Tool Kit, with 0-1000 psi Gauge and Adapters, Diesel Injector Tester Check Cylinders in Diesel Trucks, Tractors, Equipment

I picked this up to replace the tired compression tester I have been using for years. I did a lot of rebuilding waverunners and riding lawnmowers, both of which have their own quirks, but I would have loved to have the adapters and flexibility that this one has. I tried it out on my John Deere tractor which is only a couple years old, so I new that it would have good compression. It took a little adapting, but I managed to use it to check the compression on that engine. The compression came in around 98-99 which is close enough to the 100psi I was expecting. The kit comes with schrader valves which leads me to believe I could use it for testing the fuel rail on cars, though I haven't tried it yet. I have a good tester for that, but it is nice to have this as a backup. Overall, a nice compression kit that seems to work well.

Higher quality than the box store house brands. Comes in a nice and large case with several adapters and hoses. I really like the solid ~8\" adapter end, great for those deep spark plugs. The adapters ends also lock so no more loosing them in the spark plug socket when using the hose to twist. Cleaver and not found on the cheaper box store sets. This Vevor brand of tools/equipment continues to impress me with its cost to quality ratio. I think there is real value.

First the case this set comes in is very nice with molded plastic to hold all the pieces in place. The latches aren't just bent over plastic that tend to break off but plastic latches that swing on a pivot which will last longer. The gauge itself has a rubber coating protecting all sides of it. The kit comes with quick connect adapters to make it easy to disconnect while you thread the hose into another spark plug hole. The quick air release button makes it simple to relieve the pressure before moving on to another cylinder.

Très bon rapport qualités prix

Bien fait le job

Ma donnée satisfaction pour une utilisation occasionnelle

I used on my Ford 3000 diesel tractor it worked but I had to find bolts for the adapter but that's ok. I really wanted wanted to use for my 7.3 power stroke but I should have read the other reviews.

Gut, noch habe ich nicht probiert.

Works well!

Gutes und einfaches Gerät das durch die beiliegenden Adapter sofort genutzt werden kann. Es ist für meine Zwecke vollkommen ausreichend.
