The unit worked great for about two months and now won't even turn on. Would be great if the motherboard wasn't right on top of the burnchamber

Vertical All in One 8 KW
Purchased new from Vevor on 9/22/24. Last night 2/13/25 the diesel heater stopped working. I noticed when i woke up i didnt' hear the heater going. Verified gas is good, and tried restarting to see error on the bluetooth app saying "10-Startup failure".
I haven't opened it up to see what the issue is yet. But i was hoping this would last longer than 5 months without manual intervention. Hope i can get warranty on this.

Caravanner
Separated 2 KW
Got it working. But had to rely on specialist installation in caravan by my son in law, who knows about caravans and is an Electrician.
Doesn't seem to respond to the temperature setting. So we will turn it off when sufficient heat has been delivered.

Inadequate offset and Bluetooth App lacks much-needed functionality!
Vertical All in One 8 KW
PROS:
1) Easy to install and uses only about 1/2 gallon per 12 hours on lowest setting;
2) The timer is easy to use and you do not have to reset it everyday (make sure you keep the thing fueled);
3) Aside from the fuel pump noise ALL of these types have, purrs like a kitten and VERY QUIET fan;
4) LOVE the two different modes of operation (e.g., set temperature or set operating level).
CONS:
1) Temperature offset is only programmable from the hardwired controller and ONLY allows minus nine (-9) offset. For my needs need at least minus twenty-five (-25) offset and that is even with the controller remotely mounted;
2) The clock is HORRIBLY INACCURATE and advances 3-5 minutes per day. Would be superb if the Bluetooth app allowed programming features found on the hardwired controller;
3) Altitude displayed on APP is in meters only and temperature in Celcius only;
4) Need to be able to program timer (et al) from Bluetooth app (AirHeaterBLE);
5) The key-fob remote is terribly designed. If you accidentally touch "Off" the unit shuts down and you have to wait about 5 minutes to be able to restart. On the surface this does not sound like a problem until you find yourself fumbling around in the dark (nighttime) to try to increase/decrease the temperature and accidentally shut it down;
6) Need to be able to program clock from Bluetooth all (AirHeaterBLE).
NOTES:
1) Overall a great item and could be FANTASTIC with a few updates to the Bluetooth app (AirHeaterBLE);
2) MOST significantly, needs to have the ability to set TEMPERATURE OFFSET up to -25 (minus twenty-five) degrees as the controller shows FAR hotter than actual temperature and that is even after mounting it far away from the heater;
3) The Bluetooth app needs to have an ADVANCED SETTINGS page where all the features can be changed/monitored appropriately. Doing this would be easier than an (impossible) firmware upgrade to the hardwired controller (i.e., those already out in the field).
Would purchase again without hesitation, but sure hope they update the Bluetooth app and fix the clock innacuracy (maybe sync to phone time???).

Melted after a 4 months of use as a tiny house anti freezing measures. Instructions could use work by someone who is fluent in english (Not Slander).

So far so good
After install it works. Consumes more fuel than advertised. We'll see how long it lasts. Hopefully there's no issues.

Warning ⚠️ ‼️ ⛔️ Third one was the charm
It took 3 diesel heaters before this last one finally worked. What would have cost $250 ish to install via a diesel mechanic ended up costing me over $1200.00 total. Vevor wanted me to make sure my oil and oil filter was clean.
It took a lot of going around in circles with customer service to fully reimburse me each time for a product that would not start/light at all, even though fuel was getting to it.
The only other product like it is 3-5k which is significantly more and rumor has it they have problems too. Maybe not out of the box though?
So I’m happy to announce the third one works and so far so good. It’s only been 2 weeks. It’s great to finally have heat on a cold winters night in the Utah desert. Fingers crossed.
Good luck to you all.

I really like the heat output and the compact design. I must say the description of managing the controls is less than clear. I still am not sure how to change the settings and could not find anything on line to go over step by step how to change the controls. Also, the fuel pump clunking is surprisingly loud. I am surprised the designers could not silence this better? As well, I think there needs to be more caution on the heat the exhaust pipe generates, it cannot be close to combustible materials, as it gets extremely hot.
