Paid VAT twice on the website and in the post office, and previous refund insisting to be on PayPal! the new customs service is horrible! unacceptable!

Stopped working completely after no more then 10hrs use over a period of a week… although working well at first it stopped suddenly after very minimal usage. Display continues to light up as usual but without functioning at all.. submitted a request for return /refund and was offered a disappointing $35 refund on a $116 dollar purchase

It worked for 3 weeks and quit ,,

Took me a while before I got around to finding a good place in my shed so I could vet it properly switched it on and it lasted half an hour before over heating error code, it cooled it self down and I haven't started it again.

The heater arrived today and was well packaged. However, when we opened the box, we realized that the setup was more complicated than we expected, with several separate parts and connections. We wanted something simple and portable that we could easily bring and set up for camping. Since we did not use or test this heater, we cannot comment on its performance. My husband decided to return it and purchase an upgraded all-in-one portable model instead. This may be a good heater for someone comfortable with installing and assembling the different parts, but it was not the right option for our camping needs.

Garbage company, worst customer service experience ever. List my package and took weeks to resolve anything. Had to cancel my trip because they couldn't do their job.
