Great product, only one reason for 4 stars. I wasn't real impressed with the roller. It does work but with limitation. This would've been perfectly paired with a chuck roller. As far as the laser machine, it has exceeded my expectations. This 20w at 100% is enough to permanently mark weldable metal with great detail. Assembly and setup wasn't a hard. Most difficult part was feeding the tracks evenly. As always can't beat Vevor. I would recommend this product and I can't wait to save up for the fiber laser.

Very good product but what other accessories can you purchase for this machine to do other things with it.

Took a bit of time and effort to set it up and get it going. Nicely made, accurately cut frame. All the parts were correct and worked well together. Plenty of written and video advice available to get it to function initially. Smooth mover and cuts well. Variable speed and laser power make it easy to use and control. About the cheapest full frame machine on the market and does a proper job with a bit of practice.

Great price. easy to use and set up. Quality of device/frame is excellent. When I burn images, I do get a skipped line here or there but I'm still getting used to doing this so we will see if it improves. Then it would be 5 stars.

All things considered, this is a pretty nice laser. I'm using it to make presents for everyone this holiday season, and so far, it's been working OK. I'm using it with Lightburn, and the two talk well together. For some reason, though, lightburn flips everything horizontally, and I need to figure out how to make that not an issue. LaserGRBL works fine. I purchased a cover with an exhaust fan for the laser, since I'm using it inside, and the smoke and fumes would otherwise be intolerable. I haven't gotten around to trying out the rotary axis yet... I'll give that a try in a few months, once I learn the process more.

can't find a software to work with it

It works.... I think, but it's nearly impossible to figure out if you've never used a laser engraver before. I managed to engrave a test pattern and something on a wooden plaque, but it printed mirrored, so it's unusable. The only way I even figured out how to do that much was to ask ChatGPT for help. Even The AI could tell I was frustrated. There are no real instructions beyond assembling it. I will figure this thing out, but I probably wont have any hair left to pull out by the time I do.

Terrible instructions to put together can not get any support with programming problems

The rotary machine will not turn under it's own power! The rest of the machine works great but the rotary attachment suck balls!!!

Not very easy to operate the computer programs do not give you any direction on how to operate the system. I believe it's not the greatest item to purchase I'm not a computer savvy person and even my daughter had trouble getting it to work did not want to engrave on brass tags then it gave an error code and unable to get the error code to clear. It's been a while since I've been able to do a review but I had bought this laser engraver for my business and I'm very unhappy with it.
