I’ve had this machine for less than months and it’s now broken, one of the belts came off I can’t believe this

I recently purchased this machine to work primarily as a sealer and dater, I have so much problems with it , contacted support who said I have to replace the mother board then they said they are out of stock so they sent me another machine which had the same problem. It does not print the date, I tried several times, programming is not easy, it works for a day then fails the next. I am only using it as a sealer. I do not recommend if you need to print the date on the bag.

Never worked. Trying to return and they want me to keep the machine that never worked fir a $89 credit. Horrible.

I have not received this package yet. Can you please track it and let me know where it is located. Thank you Gudrun

Power button went out only 3 months of use.

The machine burned out within a few weeks of use. The band kept slipping off. The power switch burned out. It's junk.

By the first power on before any other action we had a light from inside. We need the relay as spare part and the reason for this damage. Thank you

I placed the order and paid for it on August 5th but never received it. I kept tracking the shipment but it shows that it is still with you. It has been 40 days so for and I get this review request. I tried to cancel the order but your site did not offer cancellation before receiving the order. Contact me immediately before I contact the Credit Card for a possibility of fraud from your behalf.

One of the machines has been broken for a month, and I've tried contacting customer service without success. I paid for a protection plan, but they haven't responded to that either. The machine isn't sealing properly.
