Used one of these for years in a commercial kitchen! Did not have much expectation when. I ordered, bit this IS THE REAL DEAL!!! This is commercial grade, so if you are afraid of sharp knives, this is not for you! It ROCKS!!!

Tassie Kim Essential for bulk processing
This chopper works amazingly well. Processes bulk amounts in no time and is really easy to operate and clean. Mine is so popular that neighbours visit with 10kg bags of onions for bulk dicing! It probably gets used weekly still. Also, I use it often as food prep for my freeze dryer.
