A weld broke 1st time using it.

After waiting for 2 weeks I finally contacted customer service and they verified it had not been shipped so they agreed to cancel the the order. I used an existing $50 coupon I had received for a damaged product I had ordered. Coupon was not refunded.

I would not recommend vevor products. I received a non working product and you can not get a hold of customer . They offer no customer service phone number — only email support. After weeks of back-and-forth emails with no resolution, they finally suggested I return it through FedEx. I hired a shipping company to transport the heavy refrigerator to a FedEx location, only for FedEx to refuse it because they don’t handle large shipments. Vevor has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the frustration and money — do not buy from them.

Went to use the French fry cutter and I could not get the potato through. Ultimately I had to quarter the potato in order to get it to work. So, I’d say it is not mechanically capable of performing what it is meant to do. The apple and orange cutters work fine.

Missing blades but besides that had to make it work because they never sen t me replaced blades after consulting them.

This VEVOR professional food chopper works as advertised but didn’t come as advertised. It was supposed to come with 4 blade sets but came without the 1/4” blade set. The handle pin was also missing. I had to install a 1/4” bolt & nut to assemble the device and make it work. It seems to be well built and rugged enough for heavy and repeated use. It is fast, processes well, and eliminates knife work, but changing blade sets is tedious. The missing blade set irritates me to no end. I paid for 4 blade sets-not 3. Didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it because it does work so well. I will have to purchase the 1/4” blade set again at extra cost. That’s why I give this 3 stars.

I was very hopeful with this product because I have bought several evoke products before that I like. The metal on this product produces a black oxide on my hands that makes it unusable with food

This thing makes dicing and slicing a breeze. Well constructed and easy to use. Perfect for french fries. Problem is that it has 3 different size blades and when you want to change them it requires a lot of disassembly and re-assembly. Its also big and awkward so it doesn't fit my cabinets unless I remove the handle pin.

La taglierina funziona bene ed è di buona qualita' ma non vendono pezzi di ricambio o lame con misure differenti, questo è l'unico aspetto sfavorevole, per cui consiglio di controllare bene le misure delle lame prima di effetuare l'acquisto.
