A great tool for our small commercial kitchen. It saves a lot of time for prepping vegetables. The only downside of this chopper is the blades. They are so thin and easily broken. It's quite a challenge to get new blades assembled. If you don't use it heavily, this tool is highly recommended.

This product is a game changer! I make soups and meals in my commercial kitchen, and this is one of the best products I have ever invested in!

Great value. Does a nice job slicing and dices all kinds of vegetables . It is easy to clean up. And change the plates on different sizes

This model works just as you’d expect. It takes a little extra effort when you’re cutting tougher veggies like carrots into cubes, but that’s not a big deal. It stays in place pretty well during use, and using both hands makes slicing easier and safer. No issues at all when cutting carrot sticks, french fries, or long slices. Cleaning is also very straightforward — you just remove the two main parts, the blade section and the pusher, which takes about ten seconds. After that, a quick wash in the sink with a brush does the trick. I haven’t tried putting it in the dishwasher yet, but it looks like it would handle that just fine.
