Its ok for home use but can not keep up with demand on commercial use like if you get 2 cups than you need to add more mix and wait about 25 minutes for it to become slushie again

This thing squeaks all the time even though I greased it thoroughly. The instructions are not great either. I get most of my info from YouTube. It makes great drinks but the noise is intolerable

A part broke on it while it was under warranty, and it is nearly impossible to get anything fixed through Vevor.
